Who will see my Exit Form?

Once you complete and submit your AmeriCorps Exit Form, it will be reviewed and certified by your campus staff. However, responses to the Member Exit Survey are not made visible to your grantee organization when they view your Exit Form. All responses to the Member Satisfaction Survey are anonymous. They will, however, be pooled and used for reporting purposes, and combined survey results may also be broadcasted to the public.
