When should I complete the NCCC Exit Form?

If you are an AmeriCorps NCCC member or team leader, you will receive an e-mail thirty (30) days prior to your expected completion date notifying you that your Exit Form is ready to be completed. When you log into the My AmeriCorps portal, you should see a new section at the top of your home page, entitled "Close of Service Forms". You should complete this form as soon as possible once it becomes accessible to you.
