The Legal Clearance Form is a fingerprint card with essential personal information sections that you will need to complete. After completing the personal information section, you will need to take it to a local police station or other authorized finger printer to have your prints taken. AmeriCorps NCCC will then check your fingerprints against the FBI fingerprint database.
