If an applicant’s invitation fails to send properly, the e-mail address used may be invalid. In this case, you should first try contacting the applicant through other means to obtain an accurate e-mail address. Alternatively, if you have difficulty acquiring this information, you can complete the entire enrollment form on that applicant’s behalf if they have already completed and signed enrollment form. To do so, click to create a new invitation and click the “No E-mail Address” button.
