It is very important to ensure that only authorized users have access to the My AmeriCorps Portal. You should view your list of users periodically and remove all unauthorized users. You should then log into eGrants and remove the State & National Portal user role from the user. If the user should not access eGrants or My AmeriCorps, you should deactivate the user.
