Read-Only MSY Charts
Red Numbers: Actual real-time data linked to member detail data.
Black Numbers: Actual real-time data for past months if zero; replaces projection data at the end of the month if projection data and actual data are the same value. Also used for the calculation of cumulative values within the charts.
Green Numbers in Parenthesis: Original projection data for past months if different than actual data, and also for current and future months.
Enterable MSY Charts (Projection Charts)
*Projection charts are those charts configured via the current or upcoming fiscal year, a state or multi-state project, and a predefined projection group, by a user holding a State Director role for a particular state or multi-state project.

(Editable) Black Numbers: Projection data for current and future months; editable for the current month until the 8th day of the month (or COB the first business day following a weekend if the 8th day falls on a weekend) - future months remain editable.
