Region Production Report

The Region Production Report provides a quick view of MSY production in comparison to original MSY allocations.  The data in this chart reflects actual MSY production for past months in addition to projected MSY data entered to date.

What is the "A + P" column?

The "A + P" columns located within the "Standard MSYs Produced" and "Cost Share MSYs Produced" categories illustrate Actual MSYs produced for months that have past in addition to Projected MSY production for the remainder of the fiscal year, per category for each Region.

What is the "Target Diff." column?

The "Target Diff." columns located under the "Standard MSYs Produced" and "Cost Share MSYs Produced" categories illustrate the difference between the "A + P" columns, and the *target MSYs allocated per Standard and Cost Share categories for each Region.

*The target MSY values are listed in the "Standard MSYs Produced" and "Cost Share MSYs Produced" columns in the Region Allocation chart at the top of the screen.

Grant MSYs Funded column:

The data listed in the "Grant MSYs Funded" column is a reproduction of the data listed in the Region Allocation chart at the top of the screen.  A target is designated for Grant MSYs Funded; however, Grant MSYs Funded are not projected or tracked on the MSY chart and therefore remain constant.

What is the "Total MSYs Produced + Funded" column?

The "Total MSYs Produced + Funded" column illustrates the sum of actual and projected Standard and Cost Share MSY production and Grant MSYs Funded, per Region.  (Standard "A + P" column + Cost Share "A + P" column + "Grant MSYs Funded" column = "Total MSYs Produced + Funded" column.)

What is the "Total Difference" column?

The "Total Difference" column illustrates the difference between actual and projected MSY production, and the total MSY allocation designated per Region.  This data is equal to the difference, per Region, between the "Total MSYs Produced + Funded" column located on the Region Production Report and the "Allocation" column located on the Region Allocation chart at the top of the screen.
