If you have loans with more than one Financial Institution, you’ll need to submit a separate request for each lender, for each term of service.
If your Institution decides not to participate in the online system, your request will be sent to the Institution for processing so you do not need to worry about making another request. This will occur outside the system; however, payments made will be reflected in your account statement in your homepage.
