In other words, when you first began your VISTA service, did you need to travel long-distance (greater than 50 miles) from your home of record to your project site? If so, then answer "yes" to this question. You will then be asked to update your travel profile if necessary to return to your home of record.
If you did not require long-distance travel to get to your project site location when you started service, then answer "no".
