Your designated beneficiaries will receive your life insurance benefit. Here is how to designate a beneficiary:
1. Verify that all of the pre-populated information on your request form is correct.
2. Enter the information for your beneficiary. Beneficiary Percentage is the portion of benefit you want this beneficiary to receive. If you only have one beneficiary, enter 100 percent. Otherwise, divide it so that the total percent equals 100.
3. If you’re entering additional beneficiaries, click Add Another.
4. Click Save.
