Enrollment Form Overview

If you recently accepted a position with an AmeriCorps program, you will need to register for the My AmeriCorps Portal if you have not done so already. Once you are registered, you will have the ability to complete your Enrollment Form. To complete this form, you are required to provide your contact information, along with additional information about yourself such as your educational background and citizenship status, for Corporation records. You must complete the Enrollment Form in order to be successfully enrolled in the National Service Trust and receive your Segal AmeriCorps Education Award. Access to your Education Award is granted upon successful completion of service. If you have trouble completing this form, you should contact your grantee organization immediately.
