AmeriCorps VISTA and NCCC offer a child care benefit to qualifying members. To qualify you must have children under the age of 13 and you must be determined eligible based on certain income guidelines. The maximum amount of child care assistance a member can receive is either $400 per child or the maximum allowed by the state in which the care is provided, whichever is lower.
