What happens if My AmeriCorps cannot find me? 

First, make sure that all information you entered is correct and written in the same way as when you originally enrolled in AmeriCorps. Errors occur, for example, when members have last names with unique characteristics (such as a hyphenated name, two separate last names, or names with a suffix like Jr. or Sr.) or have married and changed their last name since enrolling in AmeriCorps. Another possibility is that you are not yet enrolled in your AmeriCorps program, in which case you need to go back and speak with your program or state office.  After confirming that all your information is correct and making the necessary changes, try to register again.  If the system still cannot find you, click on “contact us” to send an e-mail or call the AmeriCorps hotline at 800-942-2677.
