Am I able to make an adjustment to a previous interest payment?

If an error is made on an Interest Accrual request, you will need to notify the member and instruct him or her to make a new request.  When you attempt to submit the second request back to the Trust, the system will recognize the loan number and ask you if this is an adjustment to a previous interest payment.  Simply check "yes” and the request will be forwarded on to the Trust for correction.
