When to select Extension

If the VISTA has requested to extend service on your project for less than a year, has a high performance rating on your project, and presents a strong case for his or her desire to continue serving at the exit interview, you may consider selecting “Extension” as your recommendation. When making this decision, you should also consider if there is enough work on your project for the VISTA to perform during the extension.
