How do I transfer slots from one program to another?

Only state commissions and national directs have access to transfer slots between programs. Use the Transfer slots link and select the program that’s releasing the slot and the program that’s receiving the slot. Make sure that the transfer of slots will not span across grant years or grant types (formula or competitive).
