Operating Sites and Service Locations can only view enrollment forms for applicants and members that are assigned to a service location the user administers. Therefore, you can allow an operating site or service location user to complete a member’s enrollment by selecting the service location of the member and leaving the Slot Type blank. Once you have done this, the member will appear in the service location’s Pending Enrollments workbasket to complete the enrollment.
