You must answer the question correctly in order to receive a temporary password by email. You will have three attempts to answer a question correctly before your account is locked. If you successfully answer one of your three security challenge questions, you will receive an email containing a temporary password. Once you login, you will be able to change your password again. Note: Your current e-mail address should be the one that is on record in your profile.
