Member Duties : 1. Develop a mechanism for home visitors to provide feedback on support provided by home visiting navigators to guide program improvement;
2. Develop and routinize system of tracking community resources and early childhood outreach contacts and updating new information;
3. Research additional community resources for families are identified and updated;
4. Assist in developing protocols for supporting all NNCC home visitors and clients to connect to community resources
5. Support development of NNCC orientation for new staff and nurses
6. Research funding opportunities and support with grant applications as needed
