E3.20 Ecolibrium3 Impact Builder

Ecolibrium3 is a locally-based nonprofit organization with a mission to lead and inspire change in our community toward an equitable and sustainable future. We accomplish this mission through innovation, integration, and inspiration in three areas of focus. The first is serving as the neighborhood convening organization in Duluth’s low income neighborhood of Lincoln Park, working on all aspects of sustainable neighborhood revitalization that advances opportunities for vulnerable residents and businesses. The second is a focus on community resilience including aspects of energy transition, housing stock improvement, economic security, and health, particularly for low income individuals and families. The third is bringing capacity to our community through the Eco3 VISTA program that is dedicated to eradicating poverty. We excel at understanding the high level challenges and then designing and implementing programs, partnerships, and projects that address those issues. Our work builds opportunities in our community through ongoing dedication, professionalism, and relationship building. We seek a VISTA member to assist with building organizational capacity in order to better our operations, streamline our processes, and enhance our community impact and outreach. The VISTA member will work across all aspects of Ecolibrium3’s nonprofit operations and systems including, but not limited to, communications, website development, technology and database management, fundraising and grant writing, and equity and inclusion. This will enhance Ecolibrium3's ability to better serve and expand initiates to more Lincoln Park residents in need. VISTA member will be part of the Eco3 cohort. Although each member is serving in a unique position, all members will participate in VISTA specific activities such as regular meetings, trainings, joint community service project, etc. If you desire a future career as a nonprofit professional or executive, this is the position for you.
