| Member Duties : The VISTA will assess the effectiveness of the organizational management practices of Footprints, Inc. and modify or adopt methods to improve productivity. Based on their assessment, the VISTA will identify the strengths and weaknesses of the assigned member agencies work environment and make a plan for increasing productivity while improving client experience. The VISTA will incorporate new productivity tools and spatial installments to improve networking capabilities, time management, and actionable data collection.
