Community Partner Engagement Leader
The Community Partner Engagement Leader is a critical role in ensuring the success of the Community Partner Program at Hands On Nashville. The Community Partner Program serves 180+ nonprofits, schools, and civic partners that recruit volunteers via HON’s website. The Community Partner Program builds nonprofit capacity through training, volunteer recruitment, and volunteer-management support. The Leader will be a front-line point of contact for partner agencies, providing technical assistance, training, and recruitment support. The ideal candidate is confident taking initiative, enjoys working with and translating data into new program ideas, and is tech savvy. The candidate should have strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, be comfortable with public speaking, and thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. The member will gain experience working with nonprofits, businesses, government agencies, and community partners across Tennessee. The Leader participates in a yearlong term - 1,700 hours - of AmeriCorps service supporting HON’s mission to meet community needs through volunteerism.
