Here’s a great opportunity for you to service as a Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) member to improve the lives of people in need while building your resume as a national service volunteer. As the MST Program Associate, you will serve alongside a team of professionals at Center For Family Services a large social services organization dedicated to changing lives. We look forward to working with someone who is interested in gaining experience in the human services, social work, public health, or public administration fields. Member Duties : As the Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) Program Associate, you will 1) identify protocol for staff to follow for online filing to ensure that records remain private and protected; 2) Develop a process to streamline filing and uploading of archived files; 3) Develop training manual to utilize for current and future staff; 4) Create system to refer contacts to supervisor for follow-up on presentations and meetings. MST (Multi- Systemic Therapy) is an evidence based intensive counseling program that connects parents with the tools and resources needed to improve communication and strengthen the family unit. In this exciting position, you will enhance the MST program’s functioning by building program capacity through increasing outreach efforts and by bringing the program online. Pre-service drug screenings and criminal background checks are required.
