Member Duties : Lead creation, development, and implementation of a marketing campaign to recruit mentors. 1) Update social media calendar and research mentoring statistics to develop new posts to create a wider social media reach 2) Create presentations for “Lunch and Learns” 3) Engage and network with Duluth and Superior Chambers of Commerce to recruit mentors 4) Attend community events to build key critical relationships with businesses and nonprofits 5) Participate in current mentor screening and application processing by conducting initial interviews, making reference calls, running background checks, and attending mentor trainings 6) Implement internal office procedural steps for how to best utilize Civicore database 7) Create and maintain a donor database system through Civicore 8) Update matched and waitlist caseloads and provide reports at weekly staff meetings 9) Transition current staff’s filing systems online in accordance with the data retention policy
