CCMA Collective Impact VISTA

The Campus Compact Mid-Atlantic Collective Impact initiative will assess and support CCMA programs’ collective impact to advance socioeconomic equity in the Mid-Atlantic region. This initiative will develop and employ a collective impact systems approach to sharing and analyzing data, creating sustainable community networks of support, and pursuing grant funding for CCMA programs. This work will connect and enhance the effectiveness of CCMA programs in addressing issues of poverty and associated community defined need(s). The CCMA Collective Impact initiative will include two CCMA VISTA members, one that is primarily focused on building CCMA program capacity through pursuing grant funding and development, and a second member who will be primarily focused on building capacity through implementing common assessment processes and building sustainable community networks. Together, the two CCMA VISTA members will have joint responsibility for reaching these three important collective impact goals for CCMA programs. At the conclusion of this program, a systematized model of data collection, program impact evaluation, and shared resources will be in place at CCMA to support current and future programming to capture and improve the collective impact of CCMA programs.
