Member Duties : The project will build capacity by developing procedures for sustainable fundraising practices and programs, including planned and major giving societies and young professionals’ boards. Implementation of these programs will lead to long-term sustainability of fundraising efforts through legacy giving and building a pipeline of future donors and board members. Additionally, the VISTA member will develop engagement and fundraising strategies for Wyman’s upcoming 125th anniversary in 2023. As a result, Wyman’s fundraising capacity will be expanded, allowing us to sustain and strengthen local programmatic offerings and support young people to positive outcomes that give them a better chance of breaking the cycle of poverty for years to come.
