OHuddle is an innovative faith-based organization founded by local educators to engage students in a school-based model of 1:1 mentorship. Entering into its 7th year of service, OHuddle’s model has been celebrated by the Wayne County Community Foundation and Chamber as a “Worthy Works” recipient. VISTAs should be self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills. VISTAs will receive extensive training related to the 40 Developmental Assets (research-based precepts to improve student outcome), Poverty, and Trauma.
