| Member Duties : The VISTA member will be researching and implementing a program which pulls together our community social service referral systems into a much more comprehensive and consistent program. Using a verified Social Determinants of Health screening tool and a well developed resource directory, we want to empower staff and volunteers to identify and connect patients with needed social service resources.
