It has now grown to be a primary care clinic providing free medical care, social service resources, medication assistance, medical specialty referrals, and health insurance application assistance to low-income individuals and families in the south metro area. The clinic is the only free medical clinic in Washington County. Located in Tualatin, Borland Free Clinic is an easily accessible place for those in need of free and reduced medical care. Located just 30 minutes from Portland, Tualatin is a southwestern suburb. The city is named after the Tualatin River, which flows along most of the city’s northern boundary.
