Member Duties : Keep Austin Housed members increase the capacity of social services agencies to provide case management services. Members address barriers to housing and employment to help clients make significant, lasting changes. Members assess for client needs, develop action plans to meet goals, and provide guidance as clients work towards self-sufficiency; they may provide referrals, support, and life skills training to clients. Clients include youth, families, single adults, ex-offenders, individuals living with disabilities, and veterans.
