| Member Duties : The Operations Coordinator will build capacity within Reading Partners’ different departments to support the operational health of regions, implement new initiatives, and allow Reading Partners to serve more students.

- Create and continuously improve a robust suite of tools and resources to support immediate and long-term communications objectives, and evaluate level of engagement and metrics
