Flintridge Resource Development & Communications VISTA

Flintridge Center's mission is to break the cycle of poverty and violence through community planning, innovation and action. Our vision is of a healthy, safe community where families thrive, youth reach their full potential, and equality and opportunity are accessible to all. To this end, we provide a continuum of youth diversion and development services for youth at high-risk of justice involvement and reintegration services for previously incarcerated adults. The VISTA member will work as a member of our Resource Development and Communication team to build and implement systems that build organizational capacity. Specifically, the VISTA will maintain Flintridge's social media platforms, support email communications, and assist in grant writing.
