Vista Fund Development Strategist
 
 
 
This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing nonprofit and play a meaningful role in addressing the challenges and barriers affecting the success of children and young people in Adams and Broomfield counties. This Vista will inform strategies and develop a robust data monitoring system to increase fund development infrastructure and the Backbone Team’s fundraising and fund development capacity and capability to: 1) develop processes to improve utility of the donor database; 2) develop, monitor, and improve grants and calendars to prioritize stewarding opportunities; 3) further develop the grant vetting criteria and project submission plan; develop a budget forecasting tool; strengthen and improve event project management; 4) increase the standardization of collaterals, communication and records management; 5) analyze and improve financial processes; 6) develop a donor database user guide for tracking, access, monitoring and reporting; 7) increase team’s capacity to fundraise and steward donor relationships; 8) elevate and foster a culture of fundraising; 9) coach, support and train the team and key stakeholders to share responsibility in vetting funding opportunities and foster and cultivate relationships with current donors and funders. This program will increase capacity by informing the strategy and developing data monitoring. By maintaining and making continuous improvements to ACYI’s fund development infrastructure and strategy, this program will increase the Backbone Team’s fundraising capacity and increase the Backbone Team and Partnership’s fund development capability. This program will also support outreach activities of the ACYI Partnership, including quarterly and annual giving events.
