Program Evaluation VISTA at Jr. Achievement of Central FL

For 100 years, Junior Achievement (JA) has served as a national, non-profit organization dedicated to providing volunteer-delivered, K-12th grade programs that foster work readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills. JA uses experiential learning to inspire K-12 students to dream big and reach their potential. Junior Achievement of Central Florida empowers students to strengthen their long -term financial capability through education and career pathways that meet the needs of an ever-changing workforce. The JACF Program Evaluation Coordinator VISTA will develop, deploy and evaluate all pre / post JA K-12 program data needed to report student learning outcomes and utilize learning gains to leverage new grant-funding opportunities to benefit JA programs. Our VISTA will thoughtfully enter, monitor and analyze program data that will be used to tell our JACF story of success in grant reports, grant applications and other presentations as needed. Data collected is entered into our proprietary CRM database; Excel is used to capture student program pre and post test results as well as student, educator and volunteer surveys. Together this information is then analyzed to determine program outcomes and publish these outcome in various reports and applications that will lead to greater student program success and future funding opportunities through grants, foundations and other identified donor engagement activities.
