Family Promise Pulaski County Research & Initiatives VISTA
 
 
 
The Research & Implementation VISTA will work closely with the community, agencies, policymakers, Health and Human Services officials, and local and national advocacy groups with focuses on learning about laws, services, best practices, and trends related to impoverished people and families. This person will also attend legislative sessions and will stay abreast of state and national actions. The end results will be developing systems of advocacy that will be taught to those within the community, and the creation of events to increase awareness of and provide societal safety net services for the homeless and indigent people.
