In addition to our group mentoring, we create and participate in community events that affect thousands of people throughout the Wichita community. This Vista candidate will need to have a passion for youth mentorship, the ability to work with diverse populations of race, gender, and low-income families. You will also need to be comfortable with technology, be organized, and able to to work in a group atmosphere. RMRH is results driven and requires a high level of self-responsibility and self-accountability, as you will be granted a certain level of autonomy. You should join our project because we are making a difference in not just kids lives, but also in the greater Wichita community. You will get plenty of opportunity to implement ideas, be creative and know that your efforts are directly making an impact.
