| Member Duties : This VISTA member will serve at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint and support programs to increase educational services and programs for the academic success of youth served. This includes tracking Club member grade reports and attendance for grant reporting purposes. This also involves supporting program staff as youth members are surveyed for grant funding purposes. This member will collaborate with the Unit Director and lead program staff in educational spaces to strengthen and better support Club members. This member will also recruit volunteers to assist with homework help and other school assignments. This VISTA member will also coordinate third party programs to engage youth in academic success activities.
