VOLUNTEER DEVELOPMENT VISTA:
 
 
 
In your role as Volunteer Development VISTA, you will help support United Way of Lake and Sumter Counties’ efforts to create a volunteer system that will meet the needs of our organization. Your VISTA service will also be instrumental in building relationships with our community partners, nonprofit agencies, government, and corporations, recruiting volunteers, and helping understand the impact volunteering can have both economically for our community and employee engagement for the businesses. Together, we will make a meaningful, measurable and lasting difference in the lives of people by creating a culture that encourages hope for a stronger future in our communities.
