4-H VISTA with Georgia 4-H State-wide Program

The goal of the VISTA project will be for Georgia 4-H programs to reach more youth and to provide more volunteer-led opportunities in 4-H programs. This initiative will be accomplished by creating volunteer-led clubs, outreach and training, fund development, and volunteer development. The State 4-H Office VISTA will aim to organize and develop resources to ensure county 4-H staff access to quality programming. This VISTA will focus on curricula and training development for volunteer-led clubs, volunteer marketing, and fund development to allow more time for county staff to educate and reach new audiences.
