Member Duties : The Connect2Complete Leaders (seeking 2) will provide individual support and consultation for C2C members via phone, email, and in-person check-ins to assist and guide them throughout the service year. This near-peer model allows members to feel supported through their service year. The leaders are heavily responsible for creating a positive and productive team that is excited to serve Oregon's students. The leaders will help track and document reports and paperwork, plan and implement professional development trainings and reflections, and collaborate with sites as well as other community organizations for C2C cohort service projects. The leaders will also be involved with developing our in-service training curriculum and facilitation and assisting members with finding resources and practicing self-care/resiliency.
