NSLAC Domestic Violence Law Project Community Outreach VISTA

The mission of the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic (NSLAC) is to provide accessible, quality pro-bono legal services in the areas of domestic violence, housing, and immigration to give those in need of access to justice the opportunity to live productive and secure lives. The Clinic opened in 2015 with the goal to provide access to justice to those in need who lived in Highland Park or Highwood. Since then, the Clinic continues to strategically meet the ever changing needs of individuals and the greater community by expanding capacity, services offered, and geographic locations. The Clinic recently changed its name to the North Suburban Legal Aid Clinic to better reflect the overall purpose of the organization. We partner with organizations and law firms to present educational programming for clients, and the public.
