| Member Duties : The VISTA member serving at CharlotteRising will implement a community assessment to determine how to best engage low to moderate income residents in the organization's work. Through their service term, the VISTA member will create new networks in Charlotte that help CharlotteRising to become a more inclusive organization. They will develop and market the organization by engaging volunteers and residents. The member will work with local community organizations to ensure that residents have access and knowledge of resources.
