| Member Duties : The VISTA will work to strengthen EANDC’s brand, reflecting our regional impacts. The VISTA will also work with EANDC staff to ensure a successful application to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program in 2020. The VISTA will work with staff and board to prepare for the launch of a new agency brand in 2020. The VISTA will also support the real estate development staff by compiling demographic and housing data for an updated service area profile, assembling data and documents for the tax credit program application, and ensuring the agency’s successful certification as a Community Housing Development Organization.
