| Member Duties : The VISTA member will develop the agency’s capacity by implementing the fund development plan; delivering targeted community outreach; and effectively meeting customer needs. The VISTA will work to increase the Agency’s diverse funding streams and community awareness to provide opportunities for additional services. The VISTA will develop Annual Giving materials, coordinate the Annual Giving Campaign, and update the Agency’s webpage. The VISTA will support the existing Feeding Program and will utilize the Agency’s initiatives to expand feeding programs to include localities with significant need as identified in the Agency’s Health and Food Insecurity Report. The VISTA, through the use of a Community Needs Assessment, will strengthen the Agency’s ability to meet customer’s needs. The VISTA will coordinate the Assessment to include updating the existing Assessment Form, increase community outreach and participation in the Assessment process, and conduct data analysis.
