| Member Duties : The VISTA will aid in the development of a volunteer manual and update policies and procedures regarding volunteers. The VISTA will develop a training/onboarding for new volunteers. The VISTA will also aid in developing a continued training for seasoned volunteers.
The VISTA will create a needs assessment in areas throughout North Country where volunteers can be used. The VISTA will create a workflow for onboarding and supervising the volunteer program.
