Member Duties : Aeon’s Communications Database Specialist VISTA will build familiarity with Salesforce, our CRM, helping the organization to leverage its full power for reporting and communications and, ultimately, enabling Aeon to promote affordability, safety, and stability in our community. Key Tasks for the VISTA will include: 1. The Communications Database Specialist will develop process documentation for key reporting and communications functions. The VISTA will ultimately create a Process Document for Aeon staff, outlining key processes in Salesforce. 2.Create dashboards for five key staff members, based on their unique communications and reporting needs to aid their work and reporting requirements. 3. Maintain accuracy of database record by performing ongoing and special data clean-up projects. Identify data discrepancies and inaccuracies and work with Salesforce Administrator to find solutions.
