20-21 STEM Ecosystem Community Engagement Coordinator
 
 
 
The Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance (TRSA), in partnership with the Afterschool Alliance and the STEM Funders Network, is embarking on exciting work to expand the amount of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education opportunities offered in informal learning spaces. To increase these types of opportunities for children and youth, better coordination, increased partnerships and additional funding are all necessary. The Tulsa STEM VISTA will work to establish a system of resources for families to access, containing best practices in STEM education and engagement. Member Duties : The VISTA will establish a system of resources for families to access, containing best practices in STEM education and engagement. This includes: researching effective tools and best practices in family engagement, developing resources and raising awareness of educational activities for families, creating family engagement resources for organizational partners, and training organizational partners on best practices.
