Member Duties : Improve volunteer engagement to increase volunteer induction and retention. Improve volunteer onboarding and orientation, create and evaluate training program to support volunteers, and evaluate areas for improvement within Volunteer Program to increase engagement. Create fun and engaging volunteer recognition events and activities.
Research and develop financial resources to support ongoing volunteer management, including peer-led position development, grant research and grant writing.
Work on marketing and outreach plan to bring in new volunteers, including marketing materials and distribution.
