| Member Duties : • Service Enterprise Initiative is a change-management and capacity building program to help transform nonprofits to engage volunteers to meet their mission. The VISTA member will be trained on the Service Enterprise Initiative Project so as to coordinate the activities of the project for the Civic Service Institute. Aid with development of fundraising strategies designed to build the sustainability of the Civic Service Institute and develop targeted marketing and outreach materials for prospective service members.
