| Member Duties : As a VISTA member at Young Storytellers, main responsibilities will include 1) Recruit, train, and manage long-term and short-term community volunteers/mentors 2) Screen potential mentors for eligibility and suitability for program 3) Develop website, blog, social media pages and other forms of external communication as outreach efforts for recruiting mentors 4) Create sustainable efforts to gather data and information for reports 5) Create sustainable projects that continue after the VISTA term of service ends
